TNSTAAFL?

"Tnstaafl" was coined by Robert Heinlein in his book The Moon is a Harsh Mistress. It was used by the Lunarians as a greeting and a reminder to all inhabitants of Luna that not even the air you breath is free.

Another spelling often seen is TANSTAAFL, "There ain't no such thing as a free lunch".

Tnstaafl is a personal ethic I use in all my working relationships.  I believe it is  synonymous with "You get what you pay for" or "You reap what you sow".   A reminder to not depend on a solution or practice that has the appearance of or is purported to be "Free".   You will pay eventually because Tnstaafl.
